✧ About me ✧
It’s Me, Hi
I’m Antonia Höfs, 23, and based in Germany. Since childhood, I’ve been captivated by imagined and fictional worlds. Films, series, and books have always made my heart race with excitement. It was only natural that I fell in love with fanart as soon as I discovered it.
From that moment on, one thing became clear to me:
I had to improve.
I quickly realized that the world of art is vast and endlessly fascinating—a craft to master, full of knowledge, techniques, and styles.
In 2020, after finishing high school, I enrolled at the Design Academy in Rostock, where I deepened my understanding of game art.
I was enthusiastic about every field. I love technical modeling in Blender, free sculpting of organic shapes or creating games in Unreal Engine..
However, the field that truly calls to me is illustration. To this day, my greatest passion lies in bringing worlds, characters, situations, and stories to life through my artwork.
One of my biggest inspirations is Sarah J. Maas. Her powerful female characters and intricate world-building continuously fuel my creativity and drive me to create.

The Story Behind My Shop and ✧Creations✧
Even during my studies in Game Art, but especially after graduating, I dreamed of having my own shop filled with beautiful prints and artistic treasures. A place where I could share my passion with others.
In January 2024, I launched my first attempt.
I was excited and hopeful, but reality quickly hit:
despite months of testing prints and products, things just didn’t click. Sales were slow, and looking back, I realize it was because I didn’t yet know who I was as an artist. My art, whether original or fan-based, didn’t have a clear message or consistent style. I had no real direction.
But I didn’t give up LOL.
License
I kept creating, learning, and refining my skills.
A major turning point came when I was granted an official license by Sarah J. Maas, opening up new possibilities to sell artworks I truly care about. Some, like my Cassian and Nesta piece, have been years in the making, with countless tweaks and improvements.
Labor
Over time, I’ve also experimented with new products and processes,
always aiming for better quality, greater variety, and a personal touch. While I now outsource the production of stickers, postcards, and charms,
my Fine Art Prints remain a labor of love, created entirely by me.
Recently, I’ve trying to add bookmarks to the mix.
Lustre
There’s something truly magical about holding a physical version of a digital artwork I’ve poured my heart into.
Watching it come to life on paper, after years of perfecting my craft, is indescribable.
My Paper Journey
-
-
Choosing the right paper was a journey in itself.
At first, I fell in love with a highly textured 340gsm, 100% cotton paper. It had a stunning canvas-like quality, and I used it for everything—from A6 to A3+ prints. I even made mini prints as event giveaways instead of traditional business cards.
But there was a catch: cutting this canvas paper was a nightmare.
Even with the sharpest tools, I couldn’t get clean, fray-free edges. While I still adore this paper, it’s now reserved for large-format prints like A3 or A3+, available on request

Why No Print Shops?
Honestly, I’ve had some terrible experiences with local print shops. Beyond the technical issues, the lack of care they showed for my artwork was disheartening. My prints are my passion, and seeing them mishandled was a dealbreaker.
How I Print
When I first started, I relied on my friend Ben and his trusty Ecotank printer.
For over a year, that printer was a lifesaver, showing me how vibrant and professional “homemade” prints could be.
Eventually, I decided to take full control of the process and invested in my own setup.
PS: Thank you so much Ben <3
Today, I use an Epson 8550 A3+ printer with archival-quality pigment inks. The entire process
- from choosing the paper to adjusting colors and formats
-is deeply rewarding and has taught me so much about my craft.
I love transforming my digital art into physical products, and every step of the journey feels personal and meaningful.
Future Projects
I’m planning to expand my offerings with more designs and explore new materials—such as revisiting canvas-style paper or experimenting with satin-finish options. I’m also eager to build upon my sticker collection, trying out new finishes and effects. If you have any ideas or wishes, I’d love to hear them!

Enamel pins
Charms, smaller accessories, and enamel pins are also on my radar, though they’re not my highest priority at the moment.
Enamel pins, in particular, are a dream project of mine. However, due to the high investment costs, I have to approach these projects very carefully. The design process itself fills me with a lot of respect—it’s so different from my usual loose, painterly style, which makes it both challenging and exciting. _
Still, perhaps for that very reason, enamel pins are something I aspire to create someday. There’s just something irresistible about items that shine, glitter, and feel magical—it’s a direction I’d love to explore in the future!
Postcards
Postcards are another area I want to grow. To keep things fresh, I’m considering designs that focus on my sketches and loose line art—giving a glimpse into the raw, creative process behind my work. I’m already brainstorming ways to develop and refine these sketch-style postcards.
Bookmarks
Bookmarks, however, are a field I’m deeply passionate about.
They strike the perfect balance between being a functional item and a small piece of art. I’m constantly experimenting to refine this project, from selecting the right artwork to pairing it with beads and charms.
Speaking of beads, I’ve only just begun exploring their potential, and I’m excited to dive deeper into this area.
Traditionell Art
This shop isn’t just a way for me to share my work - it’s also how I fund new creative projects.
I have so many dreams for the future: new fan art, original pieces, mini comics, animations, and even a return to my traditional art roots.
Thank you so much
Finally, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported me along the way.
To my mom and aunt, who have always believed in me.
To Lina and Ben for your mental support.
And especially to Sofia, who has given me so much invaluable feedback right from the start—my perfectionist, always there during moments of doubt.
Thank you, everyone! <3
